Fozzie began playing for Harlow Rugby Club, after playing with the successful Mark Hall School team.

Joining the Harlow Junior Squad in the 1993/4 season, made up mostly from the school side.

Then going on to play for Eastern counties U19 in 1994/5 and 1995/6.

Starting his international career in Ski Lanka playing in the Rugby World Cup Sevens qualifier earning his first cap against the World Cup team from Japan.

Then being selected for the National team to travel to Hong Kong for the Asian games. Francis Scored in the forth minute of his test debut, against China.

Francis has just been recalled to the squad for the oncoming World Cup Qualifiers in Bombay and Guam.

Francis has also been involved in Rugby Development, Harlow Rugby Clubs first YDO. Developing a Mini section as well as a Ladies section. Is now at Saint Nicholas Independent School, head of rugby.
