Paul Eynon has previously skippered our 1st XV.  He has retired from this role for the 2007/08 season to spend a little more time with his family. 

Paul joined Harlow Rugby Club at the age of 14, where he played for Harlow under 15's at the weekend and Mark Hall School in the week and on Saturday mornings.   In the beginning he spend time on the wing or at full back before switching to play in the back row when the team was short one day. This move into the pack has forged the player you see today.

Paul made his first team rugby against Barking at the age of 18 where after the game he was taken to see the club doctor Cliff 'The Butcher' Bishop for stitches in his head. The first of many trips.

Paul player U21's rugby for Essex and missed out on playing for Eastern Counties as he opted to play in the Essex cup for Harlow 1st XV against Thurrock instead of travelling down to Cornwall with the Eastern Counties squad.

Paul was part of our Middlesex sevens squad under Graham Richards who appeared at Twickenham in 1999 at the Middlesex Sevens. (view picture)

Last season (2004/05) Paul stood in as skipper under Allan Yates, along with Keith Handscumb when Lee Smith was out injured and this season he's looking forward to the challenges London 3 will bring.
