Kitchen Help The Youth Section of the Club is desperately seeking a suitably experienced and reliable person to take over the running of the Kitchen on Sunday mornings to provide snacks/drinks to players, spectators and parents. This will involve a commitment of approx. 4 hours each Sunday from now until April. The club places great emphasis on the importance of the Kitchen and this will be reflected in the remuneration package offered to the right person. Match Day Duty Managers Volunteers are required to participate in a rota to look after referees and make sure the changing rooms are open to players. Please contact Chris Locke for further information on: 01279 428975 or e-mail Stone Pickers We need a volunteers to pick up some of the many stones that have surfaced on our far pitch. If you can organise a gang of people to help out please contact Alan Webb on 07712 927 122 or e-mail Mini Section Vacancies Next season 4 key parents/coaches will be moving up into the Junior section as their boys move from the U12s to the U13s. The much maligned Mini Section can always do with more coaches and parental help but in this particular instance the parents are particularly active and influential. At the very least the Minis will require a Fixtures Secretary and an Administrator. Both positions would suit someone who knows the club and how it operates, although the current incumbents joined the club through their children. The mini section has grown to over 70 regular players this season, lets keep the ball rolling so that the club reaps the benefit in the years to come.

The work load has increased significantly recently and we need help with the following exciting projects: * SMS/Text Members Service - more info * The Club Telephone Service - more info * Contacting Current Advertisers to ask them to renew * Contacting New Business's to seek Sponsorship/Advertisments * Reviewing www.harlow-rugby.co.uk for this seasons updates * Creating & Distribution of: Flyers, Mail shots for members and business's alike. * Seeking new & inventive ways of raising money People interested should be regular internet & e-mail users with a mobile phone. If you have good contacts with the local press & media or have any web publishing skills this would also be useful although not essential.
